Planspot Support

Planspot matches your event to media channels (magazines, newspapers, blogs, event listing, etc) that match the categories and location of your event. This way you reach the correct target audience for your event and increase your sales chances. It is therefor very important to categories your event correctly.

Categorize your event

You can assign 3 main categories, and for each main category 10 subcategories (topics). Do think carefully about this and make sure it matches your event. Once your event is published you are not allowed to change these settings anymore. If you think you made mistake while you already published your event, you can contact us.

MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT SPAM! 

do not select categories that do not fit your event. Doing this will result in Media Channels marking your event as spam or block you completely from ever promoting to their medium. If we get a lot of spam complaints we will block your Planspot account.
