Your Planspot account comes with 3 different kind of credits:


Mailing Credits

There are the credits you need to send emails. You can create as many emails you like, you basically pay per recipient:

  • to send an email to 1 recipients costs 1 credits. 
  • for 1000 credits you can send 1000 recipients an email, or
  • for 1000 credits you can send 1000 emails to the same person.

Mailing Credits are included in your priceplan and are each month refreshed to the amount as specified in your priceplan.

If you run out of mailing credits you can buy additional credits through the main menu "Settings" and side-menu "Credits"



Media Credits

These are credits you need to promote to media. It depends on the media how many Media Credits they ask to promote your event.

Media Credits are included in your priceplan and are each month refreshed to the amount as specified in your priceplan.


If you run out of Media Credits you can buy additional Premium Credits through the main menu "Settings" and side-menu "Credits"

These Premium Credits can be used as Media Credits.
